Josh's Dead Terrorist

I hope I don't offend any of my readers with this post. My grandson's birthday has rolled around again (Happy 16th Josh) and he really enjoys the ventriloquist puppet 'Achmed the Dead Terrorist' so I have tried to replicate him onto a cake. I was absolutely rapt with the result, in as far as you can be rapt in anything which depicts a manic skull saying he will 'keel' me.
