I don't know if I've mentioned it, but my husband, Russ, does volunteer work down at Hutt Central School. One of his jobs is to co-ordinate the Reading For Life programme. They have two intakes a year and at the end of each year the children and their reading buddies have a little party in the staff lunchroom and I supply a cake. Here is one of the cakes for this year.
