Vanilla Biscuits

Somehow I seem to have created a side-line business of making biscuits. Here is an order I made recently and seem to be remaking about once a month. The vanilla biscuits are covered in vanilla-flavoured fondant rolled very thinly. They are then adored with various embellishments, all completely edible.

  1. I have to say Evelyn the biscuits freeze really well and I pull out one or two to put in Katie's lunch box each day. Thanks for doing biscuits for us. It was a real discovery at Xmas time.

    I think I'm up to about 9 dozen ordered since Xmas. hahahha

    I need to come up with ideas for Philip's birthday cake in July, but just need to finish Katie's birthday cake which is lasting well in the freezer from January.
