This was an order I had to fill. The customer bought me her Christmas cakes to ice. She had made the cakes but just wanted me to ice them for her. I didn't have a problem with this as the icing is the fun part. I made each one different and was very happy with the result. I am especially pleased with the present cake as it was the first time I had attempted to make a fondant bow and am very happy with the result. Please note if you want fruit cake an extra $10 applies.
